The first phase of which will be thirteen one and two bedroom dwellings built to ADA guidelines. This project is currently scheduled for Site plan review with the City of Oak Harbor and has been designed by CHRISTIAN ANKER INC.

These Five residential units are designed to be used as short-term high end housing for military personnel, civilian contractors and seasonal tourists.
